Reliable Howard KinderCare – Meet Kimberly Turnbull! Kimberly Turnbull is the Center Director at Howard KinderCare in Wisconsin. She possesses a bachelor's degree in psychology and human development from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. She has worked at KinderCare since 2008. Tasha joins us as a Kindercare Director after previously being a Business and Academic Consultant in Howard. Tasha loves making a difference in children's lives and helping them to realize their potential, playing outside with her family and friends, and being outside. KinderCare reviews. Staff turnover is a significant issue, and because of that, the development and learning of the children are not as consistent as they would like. Most employees in my child's class have had fewer than 2 years of experience with the company. When we have our parent-teacher meeting, I don't think it is the same teachers as before, and if they are, you can't tell because the classrooms have two or three teachers a month and a new director every eight months. Communication is lacking, and the email responses can take a long time or never happen. Most, if not all, of the teachers go off memory, meaning your child's daily schedule isn't communicated correctly or sometimes not at all. However, they do have an app for you to communicate with them and see what your child has done that day, but the problem with that is that they don't put it in real-time. I once saw that my child has seen eating applesauce, but it was time-stamped at 10.:07, and the time was around 1 pm. Since then, my child's classroom has stopped doing the door sign sent home at the end of the day, so now I can't tell if my child ate lunch or how long they napped, it's frustrating. If you want the life you see, go to this center because as long as your child is in video and numbers and the day is planned, they will be happy. I brought my concerns up, and they said they would try to do it, but it was not a resource issue, so said they don't know how it would change. If you want to be a partner in your child's success, I don't think this is the place.
