This is the email I sent on 11/21/2022. This should make clear what I have be going through. November 16th 2022 will be 8 months since you cashed my first check for $11,000 and more than 2 months since you cashed my last check for $9000. I now consider our contact in Breach. I have no hope you will ever finish the job. Please come and get your equipment and give my wife and I our money back FYI, I finally ran the conduit and air line from the garage to the house in September. I paralleled your power run from the solar panels. When I got 30 feet from the house, I found a large rock pile just below the surface about 3 or 4 inches down and about 12 feet long. I had to dig up well over 200 rocks of all different sizes. (Most likely left over from digging the basement) When I looked to see how you got though the rock pile, I found you didn’t and just put this high voltage cable 3 to 4 inches down on top of the rock pile. I corrected the problem. This was not safe. You can imagine my disappointment. The main frame for the solar panels is twisting in the ground and I fear it is going to fall soon. Which would most likely destroy most it not all the solar panels. I didn’t think you were going to come out like you said you would, so my wife and I removed the solar panels from the frame. I was right. The clearance in front of the circuit breaker panel has to be at least 36”, equipment needs to be moved 24”. The wrong type of wire was used for connecting the solar panels to the switch and you need to learn something about wire service loops. 12 of the 30 bolts used to hold the solar panels down were the wrong type. The 12 outside bolts on top and bottom should have been flat on one side. You told so many lies to me, I have lost count and do not believe anything you say. My favorite is you were coming over to finish the system after work or on the weekend, until I found out WPS does work after hours or weekends on solar systems and they have to be there. I also found out since the last time I checked you never even filled an application with them. Starting to feel like a con job. Even the trench you dug is still open, after more than 4 months now. I saw you were using pictures of my non-working system on your web site for advertising as the ultimate insult. I case you are wondering what feedback I will be leaving on the web site, you just read it. If you think anything in this letter is incorrect, please contact me within 5 working days. BBB will be my next of many steps. Please make all communication in writing, text or email. I save that kind of stuff.
