Madison Waldorf School's curriculum integrates emotional growth and wholeness through academic and experiential understanding, as the Waldorf education philosophy promotes. We incorporate the Waldorf daily rhythms, the morning circle, and the regular activities of our kindergarten and preschool classrooms for young children entering preschool or kindergarten into their curriculum. Our kindergarten and preschool classrooms offer children a daily rhythm full of wonder, play and excitement. Furthermore, it contains predictable rhythms and gentle natural rhythms. Our grade school curriculum contains art and movement. These elements complement the academic instruction to give students a well-rounded education that encourages artistic expression, problem-solving and intellectual reasoning. The unique Madison Waldorf School story curriculum teaches children a comprehensive history of civilizations. It includes fairy tales, fables, Hebrew scriptures, Greek mythology, Ancient Greece, Indian civilizations, Ancient Rome, and late and middle 20th-century revolutionary movements. With particular attention to the stage of development and the child's educational needs, our preschool curriculum concentrates on imaginative play, artistic expression, and the natural world. Extended exposure to the rhythm and routine of the day, week, and season encourages children to grow intellectually, social and emotionally, and also, and also to foundation lifelong learning. This includes preparation for first grade, teachers leading children through activities and rhythms of the classroom, which vary depending on the child's age and stage. Children can attend our programs half-day or full-day, three, four, or five days a week, depending on their schedule.

Madison Waldorf School received mostly favorable reviews from parents. They praised the school for its caring and enriching environment that encouraged students to love learning. Parents noted that the atmosphere was like a family, with all members of the community, students and teachers, supporting each other. Older students welcomed the younger ones, providing a sense of belonging. The Waldorf curriculum is based on child development and focuses on incorporating art, practical skills, and outdoor activities to engage students at an emotional, cognitive, and physical level. Parents commented on the positive change they observed in their children after a few years. They credited the school's approach to emotional and social needs for her development, as well as her passion for arts and crafts. Sensory experiences and activities replaced traditional methods to engage students. This resulted in long-term benefits, such as critical thinking and creativity, which are vital for life. There was a love for nature and the outside, and parents were enthusiastic about the rich experiences represented. The teachers were characterized as caring, passionate, and understanding of each student. Students were excited about coming to school, and their creative and social skills thrived. One of the parents praised the school, while another noted that the review suggested a misunderstanding of Waldorf and their child's experience. This indicates that Madison Waldorf provides a unique, experiential, and fun learning setting.
