Founder and CEO Scott Frank founded Oak Park Place. My goal was to establish a company that would care for families as they did for ours.
In 2006, this vision became a reality with the opening of the first community in Madison, Wisconsin. Since then, Oak Park Place has grown and opened senior communities across Wisconsin, Iowa, and Minnesota. Our organization has always been family-oriented and led by a talented management team.

Oak Park Place Madison East was where I did my rehab after surgery. The RN's were all professional, caring and kind. I felt very safe in their care. The Director of Nurses in particular was so helpful and helped me in many ways. The other staff, especially the Manager of food service, went out of her way to help with my required dietary needs. The Occupational Therapist and Physical Therapist assigned to me were the ones who made it possible to get back home too. If not for their professional skills and kindness I would not have gotten stronger. I still think of them and am so thankful. The only issue I had was that once I was more mobile and almost ready to go home some of the help I needed had to be asked for as before it just happened. I cannot say enough good things about Oak Park. I would recommend it.
