But for a rental real estate company, well, for landlording this is not always the case. A case in point is when one is able to transfer a lease from one person to another. Most landlording companies and individual landlords make this a hustle, most of the time they ask the tenant to get a replacement on their own without their help, but not Ripple Management, they did it smoothly for those I interviewed. It is from the interview with these tenants that one realizes that they trust this company to help them, even in finding someone to take over their place when they need to move and thus, Ripple Management is recommendable. In conclusion, Ripple Management is reliable, helpful; they listen to their clients and give them what they pay for, for these reasons, I would recommend them to a friend.
