Aston Carter

I cannot say enough about Aston Carter. In my search of a job, they were the best at helping with this. They reached out to me by email and phone multiple times in search of just the right one. Once they found it, my recruiter, Theresa Nguyen was just absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!! She stayed in touch all the way through the process. Checking in with me many times. Always so helpful and kind. I can say if they are all like her you cannot go wrong. As for Aston Carter, great place to start the job hunt. I surely hope they realize what an amazing employee they have in Theresa Nguyen. She is FANTASTIC!

Avoid Aston Carter. They're not accredited by the Better Business Bureau, hold a dismal rating of 1.25 out of 5 stars, and are one of the most unprofessional staffing agencies in existence. A recruiter (Aiko Kasahara) contacted me about an immediate opportunity, promising she and other staff members would conduct a Zoom meeting the next day to discuss it at greater length. This never happened. No Zoom meeting, no follow up call, nothing. When I questioned her about this via text, she served up some excuse about another "emergency meeting" she had to attend. She then made yet another promise to call me back. Again, that didn't happen. This isn't a lone incident. This is the kind of thing you'll read about in ALL of the negative reviews. This encapsulates the pattern of behavior many of these recruiters have. If they fail to call you back after discussing a role, it's because they filled it in the interim, simple as that. However, they lack the sense, class, professionalism, etc., to follow up in any way. They'd much rather just "drop the ball". I've worked in HR. I have a background in client relations. I've screened applicants. I know how staffing is done. These people are NOT legit. Seriously. So, do yourself a favor and work with an accredited agency.
