…I have been trying to get in contact with them, but no response. I signed a contract in October 2022 for the removal of a second story porch, rebuild, siding, attic window replacement, etc…I understand it was getting into the winter and figured they would be starting sometime in spring, so I called and texted them expecting a update… …I texted, phone called and left a messages, even emailed asking when they would be arriving and starting the project. No response, they are ignoring me. And this is in the middle of May. A reply of some sort would be nice. The weather is good, and there is no reason to not keep me updated. I’m 73, a retired woman on a limited income and have dealt with various tradesmen over the years, and they always kept you updated. I gave them a check for almost $16,000, which they had no trouble cashing In January and have absolutely nothing to show for it. I’ll be looking into my legal options if I don’t get some results. I was going to have them do my roof, but now forget it. My advise is to go elsewhere. If them taking your money and them ignoring you is your thing, go for it. Extremely disappointed in their poor business practices and lack of concern getting back to their clients. I don’t know where they are getting these glowing-with-praise reviews from unless they are paying for them. Hope this save someone from a lot of trouble….
