Timothy Trecek

Timothy M. Trecek is a shareholder and has practiced with the law firm since 1995. He was elected a corporate officer of the firm (Secretary) in 2017, was promoted to Vice President and Chief Operations Officer in 2021, and became the President and Chief Executive Officer in 2025. Tim is also the managing partner of both the Milwaukee and West Bend offices. A trial attorney handling all types of personal injury litigation, he has successfully tried and litigated cases involving automobile defects (airbags, seatbelts, seats, structural integrity), construction accidents, mis-filled prescriptions, car/motorcycle accidents, truck/semi accidents, slip/trip and falls, dog bites, injuries involving horses, brain injuries, RSD (reflex sympathetic dystrophy), machine defects (saws, chippers, cement mixer defects, deer stands, snowblowers), child car seats, personal watercraft, and other matters. He has specialized experience with serious burn injuries from explosions and utility/electrical accidents.
