The Tri County YMCA Aquatics coaches and staff work hard to help youth reach their potential. Competitive and recreational swimming brings excitement, passion, and competition, creates a safe place for swimmers to learn new skills, and builds camaraderie and team spirit. We assist children to connect with role models and positive influences as well. Camps are organized.   Youth Swim League is for children and teenagers who enjoy swimming and desire to learn more about competitive swimming. Here they can boost their swimming abilities. The teams will compete in a meet at the end of each session against neighboring YMCA teams. Travel may be needed.   The league is designed to be fun, collaborative, and helps kids gain confidence. Our volunteers and staff coach the teams to improve their skills, also guiding them in character development by using the YMCA's core values. The YMCA's proven program and friendliness help swimmers improve their abilities while having fun. Swimming is crucial at the Y.
