They were always available when we needed them and were so very patient with our silly questions about each process. JB & JB We chose BAL lawyers (Ida Lam specifically) at the advice of our real estate. She was amazing, but unfortunately she left just after we bought our house. We were passed onto another lawyer who completely dropped the ball, we had to continually follow up with him, and if our broker and real estate weren’t so helpful settlement would have fallen through. On settlement day we were still getting calls and messages advising that documents we had sent days prior hadn’t been received correctly. They were providing mis-information, forgetting to send important documents and appeared disinterested in the whole process. Absolutely wonderful and seamless experience working with Sabrina and Erin to buy a property. I would highly recommend!
