They sent us a brutally candid (and unprofessional) assessment of our case by mistake. We were 'Terrible client' material; interesting. Their lack of professionalism was the real issue. Noor Blumer, a firm director, was involved in the email. How can you trust a firm that can't keep things confidential? Only the reception staff were nice. I was not pleased. 4.
