Client Testimonials: 1. Andrew Cha has been my solicitor for my commercial property for a number of years now and I feel very privileged. He is always so helpful, attentive and leaves no stone unturned. He has a very good attention to detail ensuring nothing is missed and any future issues are identified early. Thank you Andrew, for the amazing service that is so hard to come by these days!2. Had a great experience with Mark Fang and his team recently. Recommended.3. I recently worked with Mark, Ying, and their team for both buying and selling properties, and I would like to say a big thank you. The selling process was particularly challenging. But Mark helped keep me calm during the selling process, especially when I was feeling very emotional due to the challenging situation. His professionalism and expert advice helped me navigate the complexities, ensuring my best interests were prioritised. He communicated clearly and provided reassurance when needed, which kept me grounded during a stressful time. I also appreciated that I was able to understand complex information in my home language. Mark’s dedication and knowledge made a significant difference, and I truly appreciate his efforts. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled solicitor.4. High recommend you engage Maxwell & Co Solicitors. I have found them too be extremely diligent and responsive to their client's needs. I have found them to go above and beyond to get the matters finalised.5. A huge thank you to Megan and Mina for all of their assistance. They were very helpful, prompt to respond and overall did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them to anyone going through the process of purchasing a home in the ACT. Thanks again team.6. The company is too slow and expensive for notarization, and the notarized in China looks at your signature and then affix his seal. There is no need to find a notary who can speak Chinese. Afterwords: I quickly found two local notaries on the same day and chose one of them to have completed the entire notarization process of the commission provided by the embassy in the sample I filled out in 5 minutes. Very simple straightforward, the notary saw me sign and write down the date and then stamped and signed his name (two stamps, one of which was a steel print). It was completed in 5 minutes, and I could totally bargain or even haggle, as there was no fixed fee based on standards, and there was no need to make an appointment and then spend 1-3 days drafting and preparing (That really takes a lot of time and money, but it seems unnecessary). Thank you for the law firm's understanding of an ordinary customer's real experience with your service.7. Highly recommended..They act fast and reliable8. Maxwell&Co Canberra lawyers are excellent , the service and attention to detail is second to non.thank you heaps.9. Maxwell & Co handled our conveyancing when we moved from Sydney to Canberra. We were really impressed by the professionalism and pleasantness of Megan and Tyler. As we were in Sydney during the long purchase process (after having bought off the plan), it was especially good to feel our interests were well-protected, and to be kept well-informed.10. I would highly recommend Maxwell & Co to anyone wanting a stress free settlement. Megan & Taylor are wonderful to work with; very responsive, friendly & accommodating.11. My purchase of a block was handled by Megan and Taylor. I cannot fault their service; prompt action, great communication, and persistent every time an issue came up. I was very happy with the service; would definitely engage their service; and, no hesitation recommending them. Thank you so much!12. We recently purchase our first house togther (we have both purchased before but it was 15 years ago). The process was easy and Megan was super friendly which made the whole thing painless. We highly recommend Maxwell and Co if you are buying a house in Canberra. We will be back when we buy our investment property in few years13. Megan and the team at Maxwell&Co were fantastic over the past 3 months. The process of buying our new property was made easy and stress free the whole way through. Megan and the team were professional and always responsive to our needs and many questions. We will be using Maxwell&Co again for our future needs and would recommend them to anyone considering buying or selling a property!14. Megan gave us great advice and worked hard to help us buy our first home. We really appreciated her can-do attitude, commitment and professionalism.15. I had a stressful experience attempting to engage their services as a first-time buyer. They said they could prepare a letter of advice within a few days of getting a contract from the vendor agent. They did not alert me that they would only commence work on a physical contract and not proceed on a digital one. There are postage delays with covid so the physical contract was not hitting the mail fast enough. The digital contract sat with them for a few days unacknowledged and they would not work on it, which was stressful given I wanted to exchange as soon as possible to avoid being gazumped. They then said they would proceed to work on the digital contract, which seemed strange given how staunch they were that it wouldn't be the best approach to do so. I made enquiries with friends who said all their solicitors had began preparing letters of advice from digital contracts and they found this odd. I did not proceed with using Maxwell.
