King Cain Solicitors is a firm with a strong reputation and a diverse range of legal services. We would like to thank our clients for their candid feedback, which we take very seriously. However, we feel it is necessary to respond to some of the concerns raised to correct any misconceptions. Firstly, some clients were brushed off by the firm and, as a result, they refused to retain the company. This is unacceptable, and we apologize. We cannot and will not provide the top-tier services that our clients rely on without feedback. Moreover, another client felt that our firm was useless, costly, not time-effective, and did not act fast enough. They added that they experienced stress, grief, and financial and emotional distress. This is disappointing to the highest extent, considering the legal practice's responsibility to its clientele. Such feedback tarnishes our good reputation and hides the other side of the story. Another client submitted feedback, stating that King Cain had not prepared a response for their family matter in time, leading to an unfavorable judgment. The client claimed that the judge reprimanded them since they didn't look concerned or show that they were prepared. The client had submitted their replies two weeks before the judgment. The client also faulted the perceived lack of effort by this legal team to clarify the opposing side's lies. The legal aid lawyer overwhelmed the client, leading to an unsatisfactory outcome, increased risks for the children, and an unavoidable and diminished financial award. The client was also shocked when the firm charged an enormous amount of money, about twice the cost estimate, even before the formal hearing. The company also failed to provide the promised barristers, despite charging extra. The client was also dismayed by lost communications with the firm after hearings. Clients should be able to discuss their concerns. However, this client's feedback may not give the company the credit they deserve. Another customer feedback_summary: There should be 0 stars because that's what I would give them. They were so rude. 2/10 would ever use again. Rude communication stupid billing issues. They demanded insane amounts of money for very little work done. Would go someplace else before going there again.
