At no point throughout the entire process was there any care or attention shown to my business even towards simple things like spelling mistakes on the main page of my business website displaying his company name. The correct spelling was only fixed after multiple frustrating emails and he threatened to charge a $120 service fee for further email responses, the same as his original quote for amending the spelling error. My business was also initially promoted on his website without my permission Photos for my website were instructed to be taken for a small business and were technically okay but were not edited at all. This led me to request edits, which were refused to be done unless more money was paid again. The website was also a very rushed job that I could do much better in under 30min for something that should be professional for a new business. I was then charged a monthly fee for a website that I no longer owned after I cancelled my subscription as he was continuing to host I or at least charge me for it. Assessment of Content Quality against Others So here is what happened, I had met with the owner Kyle Loveridge in February 2020 where we talked through what it was that I would like to achieve with my business. Then I paid the deposit where he committed to getting my website set up and live within weeks of paying the final installment. A big change and a step outside of our core business type of a program. Well, after nearly 2 weeks after paying, I received an email with a link to a draft website that was nothing to do with my business. The website was not even close to what I had asked for and didn't even have anything to do with my business type. The owner Kyle, blamed me for not letting him know the direction I wanted to go in because I was unsure in my replies to him since speaking to him in person. This was despite me sending him multiple websites and ideas of what I was looking for, which he confirmed he could do and deliver.
