Medibank Cabramatta Street Kiosk Customer Feedback Summary 1. Sandy was so helpful in helping me choose a health insurance plan. She patiently explained to me the different plans available. Her experience showed as she understood everything I was asking her. I would highly recommend Medibank Cabramatta health insurance and Sandy, she deserves a pay rise. 2. I visited during working hours. Literally, I didn’t find anyone over the counter. That’s why Im giving this feedback standing here at this place and it’s closed. No staff to attend to me. Medibank should do something about this branch. Please 3. Very disappointed with the service of these two staff on-site today, should give zero star if I could, they are very unprofessional and ignorant. One was on a personal phone call and the other just sit there and type away in her own world, they ignored me completely, after a while the one on the phone finished talking she then turned and chat with the other. They let me wait for over 20 minutes until I said to them can one of you serve?. They made me feel like I am begging for their money. Avoid going there again. 4. No office stand and wait for 1jour , very bad experience. I was waiting and the lady said other window was open, so when I move to other window, I am still not first at the line . Staff very slow, one person can be consulted for over one hour , not effective . 5. Bro don’t get me started! Literally a joke, no office and one lady only The worst place you could come Medibank please do something about this or close it down! We had to wait for 1 and half hour outside on the street and the lady kept chatting with her auntie I think. This is too much
