HCF Feedback summary 1, I went to the HCF Liverpool twice, and on both occasions, I was given poor customer service. On the Saturday visit, one of your employees was serving me while on her phone. When I returned on Monday, multiple desks were empty, and only one person was helping a client at the back. How can such be the situation in a serious company like HCF? 2, Amina and Josephine Customer service at HCF's Liverpool office is disgusting. I don't know who trained your staff, but whoever it is should be fired because they are just a shame. Amina and Josephine have helped me access/avail myself of the best services since I started coming to your offices. They look very compassionate and are always ready to help, unlike some of your staff who just sit there expecting you to come and beg for help. Kindly keep these two ladies at work since they keep customers happy and satisfied. They also assist us in making important choices when we come to your offices and provide us with the necessary information that we may require. If there were more workers like Amina and Josephine, HCF would be a better place for customers. I can't stop insisting on how these two women are beneficial and may help your company gain more customers. 3, I have been following up on insurance policies for a long period. Unfortunately, I have not obtained any information regarding the same from your Liverpool Westfield office. The last time I visited the office, a lady pushed me to contact you online, which was unfortunate since she could not even open the account to access the portal service. She seemed not to care since she served me blindly when my account was not working. How do you engage workers like those?minance with more customers flocking into your company. Keep up that workers good relationship with customers since it creates a conducive environment. Customer feedback on the HCF 1. Facility visit one You can market your services through the issuance of guidelines to customers concerning the site. Image going to HCF Liverpool where you are supposed to be serviced but find a bunch of empty desks with one person at the back serving a customer. This was the situation when I arrived at the facility and found only one person and multiple desks bleaching out. The rest of them were unattended giving me a bad perception of the business. Was there an inefficiency on that day or what happened? The worst part is the person serving the customers was even active on the phone throughout. What a ridiculous way to ignore customers? 2. Relationship with the customer service team From the first day that I sought help from HCF, I met two welcoming and friendly ladies, Amina and Josephine. These two ladies have ensured that all of my needs are met from the beginning. They are compassionate and are always willing to help you with what you require. They also take their time to help you in making choices since they give you a wide range of options and well explain them to you to enable you to make an informed decision. I highly recommend these lovely and hardworking ladies at the Liverpool branch for their hard work and passion in serving customers best interests. They even provided me with accurate information, which I did not find in your website material. 3. Support in liverpool If I was in need of any information and decided to visit your offices, the last time I visited, officials were very ignorant and not ready to help. I visited HCFs Liverpool Westfield office trying to follow up on an insurance policy that I had applied for. I met one of your staff, and she told me to go and contact you online if I needed information. This was unfortunate since she did not even bother to check my case. It seems she was not aware of how to operate the system. No one was ready to assist me when I needed their services. 4. Advisors support Your insurance advisors are just a big joke. They have zero knowledge concerning the field in which they are offering advice. All policies were not known to them so they may provide wrong analyzations of your policy. For instance, when I tried to get information regarding my policy, they were not aware and one even advised that I should ask for another advisor since she did not have the clue. How can you hire such people to represent your company? 5. Claiming I was not impressed with the way your company was deducting money from my account yet, your customer service was zero. Your company is not sincere to its clients. Initially, I was not aware, but along the way, I realized that you have been getting money from my account without providing me with receipts. I was very annoyed by such actions since I had not even authorized the transactions. Your company is a fraud, and it needs to be looked into for the stealing. 6. Insurance Description
