NRMA Insurance Liverpool has gotten customer feedback. These are the reviews from them. 1. Review: Hello. Today I needed some new insurance on my vehicle urgently and the first company I seen was NRMA. I entered and mentioned I was on my lunch break and needed an online quote after I left the office. The gentleman behind the counter could see I was in a rush and politely let me know he had to get all my details, then call for the quote which will take a few minutes. So to make sure I was back within the hour he made sure to let me know what time he was going to make the call so I could be back when he can help me purchase the insurance. I showed my appreciation, as I expected to have to come back after my next lunch break. Thanks NRMA for the professional and timely assistance. 2. Review: They are layers, I did my house insurance with them, and they refuse to fix the damages of the internal pipes of the shower. They just collecting money from you foe q0 years then when you got any issue, they say sorry we can't do fixing for you. The most bad insurance company I dealt with. 3. Review: I cant put it any other way than nrma is an absolute rip off, Reviewed my policy to find I was paying highly inflated premiums and was massively undervalued on my insured items. I urge you to check your policys if your insured with this company. I've taken all my insurance to another provider to pay less in premiums and my items be insured for a higher value. Very disapointed in the nrma 4. Review: There was an Asian female employee who was very dishonest. I wanted to buy a 6-month green slip because I wanted to sell my car. She told me I could only buy one year. I hadn't driven my car for 2 months. I changed my bank card and stopped paying for the third-party car insurance. She asked me to pay 2 months insurance premium. So bad experience. 5. Review: Incompetent receptionist. Completely did not log our name in the queue, and made us wait an unnecessary extra 30 minutes. Raised it up with her twice that so many people who have entered after us were getting served before us. Gave a lot of attitude to us and the people in front of us. There's a difference between being stern and straight up giving rude attitude towards customers. She needs training re the queue and better customer service skills. Completely ruined the experience.
