Customer Feedback Analysis: 1. I've visited this Branch many occasions and the quality of service is exceptional. The ladies and gentleman that work here are so lovely and have a happy positive attitude and willing to assist you in any way. I would like to thank Ariane who has served me twice recently, she is so professional and knows her job. I forgot the name of the young lady that greets you when you first walk in but she has a good telephone manner, excellent commuication skills and always has a smile on her face. I would definitely recommend this Branch for their quality service. I have been with NRMA for 39 years, and customer service that is at the top level is crucial to me, this branch has it.2. The young Asian woman was so helpful and courteous, especially as I was in a stressful place.3. Had a bad experience. Last week wanted to get a car insurance. Felt like i was disturbing the customer service person. Like if she didnt want to talk about insurance at all. I was pretty confident about getting with NRMA as i heard good things from my friends. But after the chat, if this is gonna be the same person whom i have to deal with while making claim, its gonna be really difficult. I felt like if she was annoyed because of me. I dont think i said anything to get that reaction. Normally any customer service operator would be understanding and wanting to explain more about products, this was just different.4. The lady at the front desk with the glasses is extremely rude and gives NRMA a very bad name. No customer service skills at all, I had such a horrible experience with her. I will not be coming back to this branch because of her.5. Extremely efficient service. I’m not sure why it’s rated so low here. The receptionist Ariana was very helpful and I was in and out in 5 mins for my international drivers license. I hope management give her a pay rise :)
