My appointment was canceled on the day of my appointment as the solicitor had to leave early. I rescheduled and the next available 5 pm appointment was 3 weeks away. Within that 3 weeks, I had found other representation and attempted to cancel my appointment. The person over the phone convinced me to keep the appointment for “free obligation-free legal advice” so I agreed to keep the appointment. I then made sure I was available for the appointment to have them reschedule it anyway for a week in advance with someone entirely different. The person who then called me was so rude when they found out I had been seeking the advice from someone else and accused me of wasting both of our time. I was very clear when I first tried to cancel my appointment that I had done this so did not expect the rudeness. Thankfully, I have other representation because I do not recommend this firm at all with all of the reschedules, conflicting advice, and then rudeness from the solicitor in the end. Very disappointing. My experience with Edward and his team was fantastic! He went above and beyond for my workers comp case and made the entire process easy.
