Natalia was extremely helpful and was very efficient, happy to answer all questions every time we phoned. Highly recommend 3. The firm was hopeless. They made so many errors in the will that we needed to pay to be rectified. They also refused any assistance when the estate was settled. Also, we had emails from other customers, so I would not trust in their confidentiality. 4. Very unprofessional, never returning pH calls, outrageous bills with no paperwork to check, taking a year and a half and still ongoing for simple wills and hope they call me today 5. Unfortunately, I have had the absolute miss fortune of dealing with Natalia & her team throughout the process of my late parents & there Wills , Trusts & assets, there level of conduct ,compassion & dealings acting as the role of executor, have sadly been appalling, myself and other family members are beyond disappointed & i would never refer this Law Firm to anyone on any legal matters, especially one as personal & delicate as i have experienced, my advice hear is to not instigate there service at all. Unfortunately we have had to deal with NG solicitors. They are unprofessional, very expensive, and charge far more than other law firms I have dealt with previously. The charges have left my remaining family in a worse off situation after losing family members, this could have been avoided by using a professional firm that offers fair services.
