He suggested I try to link this router to the Southern Phone TP-Link VZ230. This morning I connected the 2 modems with success. My phone is working, and the result from the Telstra speed test is 538. 9Mbps download speed and 46.9Mbps upload speed. I am happy with the result. Everything is working perfectly. I bought a computer from him around winter, and after about a month it completely stopped working. I contacted him multiple times asking for help or a repair, but he ignored my messages and refused to take responsibility. All I received were excuses and no real assistance. I asked for a return, and he still refused. Now I’m stuck with a faulty computer and no support. My only option left is to take legal action to resolve this issue. Save your money and buy elsewhere — I strongly do not recommend this seller. Mark Unbelievably good. In contrast, every time I have had a question or concern, I have received a personalised response, with the offer of further support to address the problem.
