Client reviews: 1. The forms were easy to understand and had some helpful information. Kirsty was super helpful and quick to answer any questions I had. Highly recommend. 2. I had a brief call with Kirsty explaining my situation in Dec/Jan 26 and was advised when I was ready to go to make an appointment. I called early March and got an appointment late, late April. I did, however, have the wrong day so I rescheduled for the following week May 6. 50 mins prior to the appointment I was notified they are cancelling the appointment as they don’t do that type of law. Their website states otherwise. Seriously couldn’t they have pointed that out when I had a phone conversation back in December/January. Extremely disappointing 3. Highly recommend Rayners Lawyers. They answered questions quickly, and ensured that I understood what was happening at all levels of the process. 4. The information on the website, process and pricing was clear and concise and Kirsty had many positive reviews. We reached out to the office by email and we received a welcoming and professional response, questionnaire and online meeting request. The whole process was so easy to follow and we were super impressed by the friendly and professional service, sound advice, efficient preparation of our documentation, final face to face review meeting and outcome that covered all of our needs.
