Wyatts Compensation Lawyers Review Client feedback: After almost three years of no contact from this company, they gave me a closing letter for the matter. Overall, very frustrating and quite dismissive. During this period, everything was dark as no one was updating me on the case. The communication was poor, and worst of it all, I did not know whether the matter was going on or the file was stagnant. The matter is personal and highly sensitive, so lack of communication was frustrating and caused distress. This kind of experience may lead to previous clients giving negative feedback the law firm, as well. clients like me rely on these lawyers for the technical expertise, as well as accurate information. This firm should assess its approach to client management. The client may have interpreted the silence for termination, but that was not the case. A legal team should understand that legal matters can turn complex or fade. However, delay many years is irrational. At least even three updates could have reduced the frustrations I had. It does not mean I am trying to dish the company but constructive criticism in case such a thing does not recur. I hope the firm receives this feedback and affects some changes. Clients understand the complex processes involved in this industry but expect some communication to manage their expectations. Professional responsibility demands clear communication. I may not help the firm recapture the client, but with the improvement of communication, the client may be interested in the future. This message should not let the company lose future clients who may have reservations due to the feedback from such clients.
