Customer Feedback Summary for Friedlieb Fox McLeod: This company has appalling services. We engaged them to sort out a family member's deceased estate and the sale of the house. Still, they have done next to nothing. We are under the impression that the settlement for the sale was to be finished only to find out that the lawyer hadn't even filed the paperwork. So we have been waiting weeks and weeks and they hadn't even done their job! It zero communication over months. We always had to chase them up. The star rating is way too generous, would give zero stars if I could. Matt got a star because he helped me to find some closure, in regards to my sons estate. Weight has somewhat been lifted off my shoulders and I appreciate that, so thankyou! (1 star) 6 months ago Great service. Very approachable and willing to explain in detail any questions. Very friendly efficient and decent to deal with. Add to that the admin support is also superb. Friedlieb Fox McLeod is professional. Matt and his team are great people, and always made me feel they were in control of our matter.
