Feedback summary: Theresa and her team I can't recommend highly enough! They were there when I really needed them... most conveyancing goes through pretty smoothly but when it doesn't you want the right people in your corner and that's Ward Keller for sure! No stars from me, only added 1 so I could post the review DO NOT USE THIS AGENT! Firstly, agent took 10 weeks to lodge my application even though I had all required documents to go. This 10 weeks may have been critical to my outcome due to the ever changing immigration regulations. Secondly, I was refused my visa due to skill level, even though I was advised by Euromigration my skill level was sufficient. I have this documented in an email. Thirdly, when my application was refused there was no after care or assistance. I was completely cut off. $8k down the drain. Great crew
