Used this service for my son, at first they were great then after the first court date communication became extremely difficult. The cost was never discussed with us nor was a due date for it. We received the bill and was expected to pay within the wk. As said before we were not informed with a quote. When we tried contacting them to discuss payment we were received with " no questions, just pay". We put a cash deposit down only to then receive an email with them withdrawing as our legal representation. The rest was paid later that day through bank transfer. Still struggled to get in contact for a receipt (to this date I still have heard nothing). My son was left in court by himself and was ignored by this company as they walked by him. To top it off they were not helpful in our situation with court and we were better off without their services.6. Call for a quotation for will court situation never called back7.
