Customer feedback summary: It was a very frustrating experience with Preston Law. I did not get any help at all!! Called the office and they were not very helpful!! I’m not recommending this firm for any property matters!! No service at all!! Terrible staff and no service!! Kathryn handled the purchase of our property and from day one she was friendly and professional and did not treat us like just clients. Kathryn went beyond her duty to help us when things went wrong with the sale of our property in Tasmania (handled by another firm in Tasmania). Kathryn arranged everything perfectly so that we wouldn't be without a home over the holidays. We can't thank Kathryn enough for the help she gave us, and we will definitely use Preston law in the future without hesitation, and we recommend Preston law to anyone wanting the smooth and stress-free sale or purchase of a property. Conveyancing was poor quality of service, missed deadlines and slow communication response on time sensitive emails. And when issues did arise, and needing core basics of what conveyancing service are meant to deliver (disputes etc.) they rolled over. Do youself a favour and save yourself money and go to a competitor for half the price. Premium price, but not premium service. EDIT: to clarify a point made in you reply, which was not accurate... Your conveyancer basically rolled over and in a round about way said 'too bad' and even when I escalated to your manager/partner, that still took over a week to get a response. Issues were raised a number of times, happy to provide evidence. Definitely not prompt responses. Even a 1 star Google review takes 3 weeks to get a reply. And definitely not satisfied with the 'solution' like you stated, and at no point have I said I was satisfied. I simply accepted my loss and moved on... And left a review. 5 stars to Madi and Jasmin :) Excellent professional service we would highly recommend Preston Law to any future clients seeking an exceptional cost effective legal support and service I cannot recommend Ben Meredith more highly. It was my first experience with contacting a lawyer over a residential property dispute and I was so pleased with how great he was. Thank you!
