Ian Way Unfortunately, only had one of the legal team members that was rude, impolite and not friendly8 months ago I was unwell and could not respond quickly enough to some requests and I was very disappointed with the way I was treated by this person. I was told they did not have the time to assist me and. I am too busy. Not greatly serviced. They then agreed to help my wife when she visited the office after I was upset about this response. This involved a simple correction to the information on a legal letter. This was arranged by a few emails and was completed within 5 minutes. That’s it but a big deal for someone unwell. My wife was appalled at the attitude of then person she had to deal with in the legal office. So we will be looking for a local law firm with the right attitude. Horrible experience with this highly emotional firm. They offered legal aid to my partner. And was a rip off, a hole lot of time wasted misinformed information legal aid scammers. Fuel cost, time cost and effort and be very emotionally draining for my partner . Just for them to run out of funds to just pass her on to the next law firm. If you think lawyers are dodgy then this will confirm all your fears I will be in contact with firm and will also be in contact with law soicety. Very nice and knowledgeable. Gave us the time to explain and answer all our questions I have dealt with Kenny and Partners for three different matters, and found then to be very supportive and helpful, making the process easy. If your looking to pay a lot of money & make your court case worse look no further then Kenny & partners, if your looking for ethical lawyers & admin staff you won’t find them there. Thank you Kenny & partners your law firm gives us a reasons to think all lawyers are just money hungry thugs Cassandra is a lazy uncaring person Especially if you try and see her through legal aid she will go behind your back to make things impossible because she doesn't want to do the work What lawyer tells you to plead guilty... any legal aid lawyer, because they are lazy and don't care. I ended up firing her off my case shes either incompetent or just plain doesn't care. Save yourself.some time and see see any other lawyer down the street. So Punctual and the best advice when recently buying our house. Would Highly Recommended them. Helpful Average service. Lacked the personal touch I would expect from a small, local firm.
