Now the S+G Wellington office refuses to acknowledge me, and the Australian arm in Brisbane has politely told me to bugger off. Total wastage of time, energy and a huge hit to my mental and emotional well-being. Recommended you never use the S+G brand, ever! 2. Wow, just spoke to your receptionist and the conversation with her was terrible. It was like talking to a 10 yr old.. In the end I said don't worry about it cause if that's the service I'm receiving, that's disgusting. 3. Woefully inadequate. I have not had any response to my request for an update about my TPD enquiry from last year despite original documented optimism on the part of the firm. This is even more baffling as my Medical Negligence enquiry was handled quickly and professionally by another officer of the same firm. I understand that some enquiries may be unsuccessful and unable to proceed but if that is the case I am still owed the courtesy of, at least, an email telling me. Truly shameful. 4. I had a no pressure phone call and was given correct advice, I was offered obviously a dicussion to see if they can assist further, I was not hounded, I do not keep getting phone calls, I do not keep getting emails, 5. He followed up on our cases in real-time, patiently answered our questions, and responded to our emails promptly.
