They helped me get a great outcome and I would highly recommend then to anyone. 2. Firstly SMITHS LAWYERS JUST CONFIRMED THEY HAVE HAD A DATA BREACH, I received emails. I cannot begin to describe what a let down Smiths Lawyers have been. They were pursuing a civil claim for historical abuse and after a couple years of work, and giving me a document with estimates of amounts the following week decided to drop me as a client without warning. They opened up major wounds had me doing psychiatrists reports and filled me with hope to simply just receive an email saying they weren’t going to represent me anymore. The manner they did this left me with no other legal recourse and the firms they had suggested I speak to either knew nothing about it or just wouldn’t even want to hear about it. They had implied it would be easy for another person to take my case and they’d provide my case file to them but not one single person has been reasonable after years or can fully explain why properly. They don’t care about you. OR your case. They just want your money, and they will do the bare minimum with regards to effort for you! DON’T USE SMITHS LAWYERS 3.
