Just had the strangest experience with a professional ever. The medical malpractice attorney seemed confused, uninterested, distracted and hung up on me when asked what the fee structure would look like for a medical malpractice claim. He was unable to explain basic requirements for moving forward, what would be required for review by his team, and why they needed access to extremely personal medical information that was not pertinent to the case prior to signing an agreement for representation. When asked to clarify the fee structure he stated "you can hear what you want to hear, we're not working with you" and hung up. I'm so confused as to how this is acceptable or professional behavior. Very satisfied with all aspects pertaining to my claim. I definitely recommend these guys to anyone who seek support related with work injury.
