Summary of customer feedback I've worked with Round Square Marketing for 10+ years in different capacities as Chairman of Momentum Mental Health, and in my business consulting business Purpa running events including our Fireside Chat Series as well as campaigns. The have completed a number of fundraising events and campaigns assisting Momentum to raise $200,000+ and even participating personally with Annie completing our latest Kokoda Trek in PNG. They are very strategic thinkers and add significant value to our marketing, branding, communications and campaigns. I can highly recommend RSM to anyone that wants to standout from their competitors. We’ve been working with Round Square Marketing for close to 5 years now, and they’ve become an integral part of our team at The Southern Hotel. Lauren and her team genuinely understand our business and the local community, which shows in every campaign and idea they deliver. From managing our social media and digital presence to supporting our larger campaigns and events, nothing is ever too much trouble. They are creative, proactive, and always bring fresh ideas that align perfectly with our brand. It’s a rare thing to find an agency that blends professionalism with such a personal touch, but Round Square does exactly that. We couldn’t recommend them more highly to any business looking to take their marketing to the next level. I attended the 2025 Lawn Party during the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers and was extremely disappointed with the event management. For an event advertised as a premium, luxury experience, the planning and execution fell far short. There was no adequate wet-weather contingency despite forecasts, leaving guests cold, soaked, and uncomfortable. Staff were forced to work in drenched clothing without any consideration for their wellbeing. Food and drinks were completely underwhelming compared to what was advertised — the menu bore little resemblance to the promised offerings, and what was served was more suited to a casual pub night than a $350 ticketed event. Patron safety was also overlooked. Security was poorly allocated, and public toilet facilities were not appropriate for the standard of the event. Overall, the organisation felt careless and dismissive, with little guest care shown throughout the evening. Lauren spent the time partying with little regard for the patrons and her partner was highly aggressive when wet weather contingency was inquired about. The amount of champagne and beer consumed without food was exceptionally unsafe and lacked RSA care. This was a highly disappointing and unprofessional experience. For the price and the prestige associated with Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers, I expected far better. I would not attend an event managed by Lauren Hope again, nor recommend it to others. She was rude, unfriendly, dismissive and lacked knowledge and care to run such an elevated event. We loved working with Round Square Marketing to style the King of the Mountain Raceday. The level of trust, creativity, and clear communication throughout the entire planning process made it one of the smoothest projects we’ve been part of. Their attention to detail and ability to bring everything together on event day was second to none. Highly recommend collaborating with this amazing team!
