Very bad experience took nearly two months to get my money back off them because the person was away overseas no back up procedures. You just have to wait till they have finished having a great time. After telling me they weren't going to charge me they charge me $831 Basically admin fees because I had to annoyed them for a while to get my money back. Charged me for them taking so long pretty much. Apart from a 5 minute phone call and 2 emails agreeing to a time for that phone call and to grab my money. We ended up calling them because they didn't contact. Then decided to go with a different person.
