Customer feedback summary • 2 stars -Karl sounded nice on the phone, but he never showed to our meeting. No texts or phone calls saying sorry he couldn't make it.... just left us sitting in a coffee shop for nearly an hour. The next day, I tried to contact him a few more times, just to find out what happened. I said i was going to leave a review and THAT was when he sent a very short text saying.. apologies, he has family issues. I would like to give him more stars, but he could have answered at least one of the dozen calls or texts I sent on the day.... would have taken 10 seconds. • My marketing has improved but most importantly they manage it to the budget you want. • I recently had my website upgraded by Sarah and the experience was fantastic. Sarah was not only skilled but also super friendly. She understood my vision and everything was completed in a very timely manner. The new design is visually appealing and user-friendly on any device. Throughout the process, Sarah was very responsive and professional. I highly recommend Sarah for anyone looking to upgrade their website.
