They were late for 30 minutes for the job, with no prior warning, lied about the time they missed me by 15 minutes. It was a disaster. Carpet was not cleaned to satisfaction. The corners of my rug are still black!! This is not clear enough that it has been done. That is a rip off. Reached out and offered a discount, which they didn't and still charged full price.
