Feedback Overview: 1. I am extremely disappointed with the law firm. I expected them to know what they were doing when I engaged them. They spent a futile couple of years collecting statements from my family, friends, and colleagues when they should have been following up on a letter they sent my GP and me and getting reports from my pain specialist. This letter had a series of errors and the company only advised me of this on the day of mediation—4.5 years after my accident. They neither used the statements they collected nor the mediation, resulting in my incurring more costs in legal fees. Towards the end of my file, it seemed as if they had given up and just wanted us to settle. Allianz paid me late, and they should have paid me interest. The company has not paid me the interest yet. I won't recommend them to anybody. 2. Excellent 3. The phone call for advice worked fine, but I did not use their services. Therefore, I can't say much about them. 4. Fast and trusted services. This company was hired to help me seek compensation for a personal injury caused by a slippery floor at a hotel. My injury is life-changing, but after half a year of costly consultations and follow up on my medical records, they stopped taking my calls. I am devastated.
