I was informed at the last minute by Natalie that my application lacks "merit and should not be pursued". The discussion regarding this matter will be held with Barney after he returns from his holiday 2 days before any documents to be lodged at SAET. Following my phone call with Barney, I am concerned he lacks knowledge about my case. I have pursued additional legal action regarding TPD and my civil claim, but it appears to have been disregarded I would not recommend this firm due to their lack of empathy and care.
