Customer Reviews Overview: 1. Wanted Land Titles advice. I gave all the information and left. Promised to phone back in a day or so. That was nearly 5 weeks ago. Nothing heard.2. i have gotten the runaround from them - after talking to another lawyer everything they have told me is not the law - would not reccomend this company3. Misled, charged over $5,000 for biased, ill advice. Knew about the now revised South Australia 'Succession Law", but did not disclose; upset my wife, with intimidating remarks and directives that were only in favor of my two very adult sons, and ill-advised my wife as to what she 'could spend and with caps on any expenditures' were I to predecease her. She looks after me, not my sons, and deserves everything, particularly given the sacrifices she has made in my behalf. If she wants to travel first-class, she has more than deserved the right to do so. Greg Nichols coerced her into signing a 'Deed of Family Arrangement', whch was entirely out of line, particularly the new Succession Law reform and revisions. He also did not say that these 'Deeds' or so called 'contracts' were being used less and less and seen as antiquated law. We are in the process of reporting him to the Law Commissioner of South Australia.4. Good solid advice.5. Our experience is that the charges are a lot less than that in Adelaide and we have confidence in them helping our family in it's affairs.6. Great atmosphere7. Comfortable and reassuring8. Have had a terrible time with them in dealing with my late mothers estate, not clear, rude, matters not followed up, dividing my sibling and I. Just terrible.10.
