My daughter's car has been brought in two times, and both times the service was exceptional and empathetic. 2. Good repair, lacks customer service 3. Booked promptly, everything within time. Report to insurance company also timely. Friendly 4. This is a very busy place. We had to wait for two months to have our car repaired, which they did well but missed a small rubber mat on the bumper. They promised to inform us as soon as it arrived, but it's been a month and we haven't heard anything. 5. Insurance Project on a 2010 Jeep bending due to rear end damage took so long to solve because of ordering a wrong part. Lastly, my wife was told to come and collect the jeep, but fortunately my father noticed that the spare tyre holder was all loose before driving off, which could have resulted in an insurance claim again.........6. They did a great job on my car. Communication was fantastic. Happy about them generally 7. My car was in to have the back window/panel replaced. Took it in on Monday at 8:30am, and they sent a text on Wednesday to notify that it was ready. I cannot explain how this car is nice and clean.
