She has no patience, won't let you speak and ask questions, wastes time repeating herself, has no compassion at all. Misses details because of preconceived thoughts and not reading documents. Gets easily defensive without reason. I'm not sure where the attitude started or why it happened. But that was very unprofessional communication. Additional note: Jill has no understanding of employment law. She made me feel beaten and stupid, to the point I was afraid to go – but I did. She was mistaken. I debated alone, defended myself, presented my case, and I am receiving payment. DO NOT TRUST JILL, she does not understand.
