MICRA This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life. They promised 3 days to repair my car. They kept my car for 4 days. I rang on the fourth day to organize to pick it up and was told it wouldn’t be ready until 3.45pm so I had to ring my work to say I would be late. They called me at 3pm and told me it wouldn’t be ready until the next day and they said they would ring at 9am to organize a time to drop it off to me as I told them it didn’t suit me because I had to work and would be there all day. They never did ring me, so am not happy with the service I received. Micra were top notch to deal With, staff were friendly, they kept us up to date on the progress of the work, and their workmanship was really very high quality. The car came back looking new! Would definitely highly recommend them! Fantastic repair job and great car detailing. Thanks. Great job I Had my ute recently repaired at Micra Smash Repairs Hobart (Front end Damage from a wallaby) I cannot speak highly enough of the First class service I received. I never had to phone them once to find out what was going on with my vehicle. They took care of absolutely everything from the time they took the keys from me, until the keys were returned I was kept updated at every point of repair. On pick up my ute looked absolutely immaculate, you could tell it had been well cared for with attention to detail and quality repairs. My ute had also been washed and detailed to perfection. To say I was extremely impressed with their service was an understatement. I was more than happy with all aspects of customer service and any contact made with them. They are Definitely a professional team of people who know exactly what they are doing and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking repairs to their vehicle with full confidence. I had unfortunate timing with carpark damage before I was moving interstate. They squeezed me into their schedule and arranged for the car to be dropped at the service centre for a service so it could all be taken care of quickly with minimal impost to me.
