TFR Lawyers Feedback Customer feedback summary I recently had the great privilege of working with Sarah and Bec from TFR. We re-did my ancient will and for me organised for the inevitable losing my marbles. They were awesome deal with. VERY flexible in dealing with me digitally from interstate. Also wonderfully reasonable rates - don’t tell them I said that!! Highly recommend!! Oh….and they’re in a spectacular building - make sure you check out the ceilings!! StuartA quick, courteous and efficient service throughout.Although highly recommended by a number of people in my community, I was disappointed that Tremayne Fay Rheinberger Lawyers failed to return phone calls or respond to emails. When I did talk with staff on the phone, they needed to leave messages for the lawyers to phone me back to book an appointment. I never received a call back, despite calling several times and talking to two different staff over a period of 3 months. Very unprofessional. Maybe they just don't need the work? I do recommend Advocate Lawyers (Hobart and Kingston) for Estate Planning (Wills) if readers are looking for a responsive and professional service.Sarah and Trudi managed our property settlement very professionally, despite the numerous obstacles they encountered. This is the second time I have used Tremayne Fay Rheinberger for property conveyancing and happy with their service.I recently engaged Tremayne Fay Rheinberger for assistance with commercial, trust, and residential conveyancing, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish, their team was professional, pragmatic, and incredibly supportive. They delivered complex legal guidance and action in a way that felt genuinely human and approachable—something that is often hard to find in the corporate world. Their expertise and clear communication gave me total confidence throughout the process. I highly recommend, and am thankful for the services of Aurora Kostezky, Amira Azreen and others from Tremayne Fay Rheinberger.Aurora provides amazing service when I plan to sign a lease in city. She is recommended by FB in peninsular when I ask for help online. The first lease she provides lots suggestions but the current tenant turns out not moving, so I can’t sign the lease. For the second one, landlord’s lawyer is very slow move which make us only have 7 days before the lease starts. Surprisingly, Aurora reviews the lease and negotiates for me, get the lease done within a week! I’m super happy for the result :DI first consulted this law firm about 5 years ago to make a new will after relocating from interstate. I also had a Power of Attorney and Guardianship Authority from my previous state of residence that I wanted transferred to registration in Tasmania. The new will was completed satisfactorily but there was a long delay in the registration of the Power of Attorney and I wasn't notified when it was completed, I only received a copy when I visited their office in person to enquire. The Guardianship document could not be registered until a change in the law occurred but that was over a year ago and I still have not had contact from them despite several enquiries.Ryan Hartigan at TFR facilitated a very smooth purchase and settlement of a property. Will use Ryan again and will refer him.Were recommended to me by a friend when I urgently needed representation for a civil matter. One extra star for getting a personal apology from a Partner for what transpired. Got the job done, eventually. FWIW, my friendship with the person who recommended them has managed to survive the entire matter.I recently dealt with Justin and Sonia They were excellent communicators, friendly and polite as well as very knowledgeable on every issue that arose.Very friendly staff, very good legal service. Parking on the street or in Park Station behind. Happy to recommend. (gulp).
