As someone really needing support, I was blown away by her patience, understanding, and guidance every step of the way. The whole team, including the front desk, were top-notch kind. If you need legal help, go here – you won't regret it Dealing with this as lawyers firm is disappointing they're all about the money and can't help people who have legal aid options also in the past I had this law firm and I had a legal aid though this firm and my lawyer left and I was not informed that she was leaving and then I got another lawyer what they gave me and did not even tell me or gave me the opportunity to choose my own lawyer very unprofessional lawyer firm if you've got heaps of money they may work hard for you but they are not a friendly firm they're quiet nasty and unhelpful and they only work for rich people I always use Bishop Lawyers, professionals that I 100% trust. Do yourself a favour and stay away from these guys! Don't bother with them they are all about the money instead of actually helping people My experience with this firm 10 years ago was fantastic with Julia. But most recently dealing with Michael Larcombe has been nothing short of disappointing. He has since left this firm and now I know why. He had my late husbands matter for over 4 years and it’s still unresolved. Geoff looked after my case and did so with much precision. I can not rate Geoff strongly enough Waiting for a return phonecall to make an appointment as there was noone available to do so when I rang. Not a good start. Bishops helped me in a time of need and was always patient with me, educated me & for me through some of the toughest times. Tianna, Jo and even Franky at reception are amazing! Thankyou so much! Their receptionist made some unintelligible comment to me on an initial phone call to Bishops and then hung up on me. It seemed to happen after I asked for a conflict check before I explain my matter further. I was not rude in any way. Just can't understand the poor and aggressive attitude on her behalf. All I can guess is that she was having a bad day, even though it was only 10am. Disappointing experience. I am very grateful for the help I always receive from the Conveyancers/ Solicitors TONA and Courtney, good rating for their services and as always the service exceeds my expectations. At any time I need them they are always available to help quickly and a high level of professionalism. Franky at the front desk always helpful Thank you Tona & Courtney. With regards.
