Client Comments Bendigo Accident Repair Centre 1. Great job and fantastic service. Two other businesses could only assess us in late April with the job to be commenced in 8 weeks. Bendigo Accident Repairs did the job on the 16th of April. Their work is much valued by us and we would happily recommend them to anyone. 2. Fantastic service and honest communication. 3. I got a new door for my car, it has been two weeks and I am still waiting. They were not the ones at fault. The problems included the new door (one was the wrong one, and one was damaged on its way.) They have been keeping me up to date. I can't wait to see it and drive it. 4. I am so grateful to you for rushing the vehicle so you could finish it for me (my urgent appointment). The detail and the quality of work was great, I would highly advise anybody wanting repairs. Thank you so much! 5. A kangaroo jumped into my rear door, the entire door was replaced and painted to match. Also, the quarter of my front door needed to be fixed. It took a while for them to fit me in due to having so many bookings, and were flexible when I couldnt bring the car in on the day they would have preferred. They said it would take them 10 business days to do the job, however on day 8 my car was ready for pick up! due to work they were happy for my friend to pick it up on my behalf. When I got home the car looked new, and I mean NEW! I knew they had to wash it, but they even cleaned the inside to the point of vaccuming out all the dog hair out of the boot and cleaning her slobber trails. The car smelled fresh like from the dealership and they even found my debit card and left it in the middle console for me. I'd give more stars if I could. What a friendly and competent business! Very happy customer here who highly recommends! ruc 6. Rude. Slow. Incompetent. No accountability. I paid them to fix the clear coat on my bonnet of my car that was starting to peel off due to heat. After just over 3 years it has started peeling again, even faster than the first time. I told them that it was peeling again and they said that it is flakes again and I recieved no apology, just "Your warranty is two years". I was treated very rudely. The original job took over a month to do, when it should have taken days, and they did nothing to make up for that either. Three years is a pathetic actual time for auto paint break down, especially when the car is garages. I was told by them my only option was to pay them to redo the work, but they could use a more expensive clear coat instead of the cheap clear so it will last longer. I was never offered this the first time, and I would have obviously taken that option. Every other panelbeater that I have spoken to has said that they would always use a high quality clear coat for an insurance job, especially when the original cause was heat from the engine. I would never recommend this shop to anybody. 7. These guys are reliable, responsible and professional. Very knowledgeable at what they do and care most importantly about the customers. I would highly recommend this centre to friends and family.
