The conveyancing was completed, but the process was badly managed. There were severe issues with communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail. As first-time property buyers, we needed clear direction. However, communication was sporadic. Many of our emails and calls went unreturned. Others were replied to dismissively. In some instances, we had to prompt administrative rectifications from the firm, causing stress and uncertainty. The rectifications came days before the settlement, not earlier, suggesting a rush to wrap up the transactions and not a desire to support the clients.
