Good solicitors, they must be because they never seem to be in the office and are always to busy to keep in touch, or actually do anything. I approached them after being ran over by a VicRoads truck needing to get two knee reco's and 12 months off work, only to be made redundant by vicroads, within weeks of returning to work. I approached winnlegal because I was pissed at VicRoads getting no penalties for running over a stationary motorbike and rider. I was told I had to sue for money first. Several years later with minimal communication from winnlegal instead of money I got a bill. I'm sure their good at their job it's just their time management and communication skills that are lacking, don't make my mistake and trust them to do their job, keep the pressure on them ring relentlessly, and maybe they'll remember you. P.s after an agreement that i would recieve all information on my case, if i payed the over eight grand bill. Have continued to receive nothing but empty promises.
