Glenn led the renovations. Their work quality is exemplary. Glenn and his team were available to contact and meet us on-site at regular intervals. Our house now looks like a South Yarra home, but still quaint like a Sandringham house. This quality work was achieved through the following helpful points (in no particular order): Always courteous, respectful and responsive. Also commented on by our neighbours. Very skilled team of tradies. Excellent communication. Scope of weekly reports and updates. Easy to access – we might not get Glenn immediately, but he calls back. We always follow up on our concerns or areas that need attention. Building permit issue, and while not ideal, Glenn took care of it which would've been a big headache for us during the process. Flexible and accommodating as we were away on work for longer than expected. Glenn was always very clear about timelines and there were no unexpected delays, even with additional work. He always follows up after completion, and we had a few issues that he was happy to look into for us. Renovation sign off will have 3 monthly follow-up post renovation. The trust and respect we had was evident from the beginning and has grown as the project has progressed. Glenn communicated well, with a weekly written report supported by our phone and text messages. His experience in the industry led to a good understanding of the renovated aesthetics we desired. His trustworthiness and honesty were critical for our project. Glenn was clearly invested in ensuring the house was renovated to a high standard, and he was as excited for it to look good as we were. Any problems that arose, he would solve quickly and practically, and he ensured the builders also had the same ethos.
