I tried to organize a court case to prevent my name being slandered right through the system and Gordon Legal negligently made the case civil and assumed that I was after a no win, no fee case even though Negligence, Slander and Unconcionable Conduct are some very serious crimes and seems impossible for me to organise a court case. They also made me feel like people get away with Cartel Conduct because of their qualifications. I will never recommend them and think they need to go and work in the dog house with Victoria Police. Victoria's justice system is a real let down and I think Victoria has no need for them anymore. I would personally like to thank Rachel, Patti and the team who looked after my husbands injury claim. In resolving a particularly difficult Family Law - Divorce/Financial/Access dispute following separation from an acrimonious, conflict-seeking ex wife she was a tower of strength over a 2-3 period. I initially tried to avoid using a lawyer due to the prohibitive expense and the few I'd approached had seemed intent on strategies that would escalate both the dispute and the associated costs.
