Definitely stay away from this law firm they dragged out my workcover injury case for six and a half years only to cancel taking my serious injury case into county court the afternoon before we were meant to attend court the following morning what an absolute disgrace , after six and a half years of attending numerous appointments with bogus Independent Medical Examiners from both parties which only added to my anxiety and depression to be told in less than a day before attending County Court that all our hopes and prayers came to a disastrous halt in that I was told during a Zoom call with the barrister and my lawyer that we weren’t taking my case into court due to the decision that had been previously handed down by a magistrate in 2021 and he said also we drew a bad Judge which left both myself and my wife feeling sick , we couldn’t believe this law firm that we trusted for so long could let us down so pathetically. The absolute insult was when I contacted the head injury lawyer to ask for an explanation as to what went wrong only to be told we failed and then hung up on me , Carbone lawyers stipulate in their commercials they are tough and tenacious and fight to get you a decent settlement , they definitely didn’t do this regarding my case , it was poorly handled due to a lack of communication and I had three different lawyers during the period my case dragged on for , so definitely do not seek legal advice from these rogues.5. One was for my nana getting abused in a nursing home and the other for will estates (Updated)- I gave an extra star because Stacy or Stacie? from will and estates actually give us the time to listen help as best as she could, had a good conversation.
