Had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday. Called Plumb Medic and they were prompt, professional, and got the job sorted quickly. Tony knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it efficiently without any fuss. Would recommend for anyone needing reliable plumbing in Melbourne. Will definitely use again.7. Hot water failed on Easter Monday and was advised by Tony how to troubleshoot first. He also explained the one I had was old and the systems available, but was frank that the one he could replace it with that day was not a good system and may not last. Instead he recommended the best one that would last even though costs was similar but it was not available until the next day. Thankfully his troubleshooting advice somehow worked and the hot water is functioning again. My regular plumber was closed for holidays so am really happy to have found an honest plumber available for emergencies and who genuinely hoped his advice worked (as I was conned and overcharged 3 years ago to replace my system with this old one but Metropolitan Plumbing (which I later found was featured on A Current Affair) refused to connect it claiming there was a gas leak when there wasn’t one and quoted an exorbitant figure to fix it).
